Cancellation Policy

For cancellations or rescheduling, please contact me no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment (AEST or AEDT). ALL cancellations made 24 hours, or more, prior to appointment (AEST & AEDT) will have their payment credited to their rescheduled Session time. ALL required rescheduling made 24 hours, or more, prior to appointment (AEST & AEDT) will have their payment transferred to a new appointment. ANY cancellations & rescheduling requests received after this 24 hour cut-off period, forfeit their payment made at the time of booking and there will be NO REFUNDS. NO REFUNDS for Paid Events, Group Events, Live Streams. Refer to Refund Policy in the Terms & Conditions Schedule for further information. Any refunds if applicable, will be less the transaction fee/s charged at the point of sale. All prices in USD. Exchange Rate determined by payment provider (PayPal or Stripe). If you are in Australia and wish to pay IN FULL for any offering via AUD Bank Transfer, kindly contact alchemywithamanda.official@gmail.com to confirm USD to AUD Exchange Rate of the day.
